What is Cycle-Syncing?

In this 90 minute workshop, you will learn how to harness your body’s natural rhythm to reduce inflammation, stress, and discomfort in your body.

Who it’s for

This workshop is geared toward those who menstruate and want to feel more energized, balanced hormones, with less pain and symptoms of PMS. It’s a great workshop for those who are looking for a more sustainable diet and exercise routine and who might feel like their menstrual cycle leaves them feeling depleted for part or all of the month. It’s especially good for those who have hormone driven conditions like endometriosis and PCOS.

It’s also a great for those who are experiencing fertility challenges, trying to conceive or have recently given birth.

Stefanie is an ISSA certified personal trainer with a specialty in prenatal/postpartum fitness, she’s also an educator, nutritionist and health coach with a passion for holistic wellness in all phases of the journey. She’s revolutionized her own workouts through cycle syncing and is thrilled to share this philosophy with attendees.
