Manual Therapies

At Align PT in Longmont, we are trained in several different manual therapy techniques: Pelvic Physical Therapy. Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Dry Needling to name a few. We also draw upon Yoga Therapy and different Postural and Movement Re-education techniques. Your session will likely be an eclectic and intuitive combination of these therapies, they may, however, be used exclusively depending on client request or need.

Hear how Angie saw dramatic improvements in just 2 visits with Keelin.

Angie was having trouble riding her bike, climbing stairs and confessed that she felt she was acting like her body was much older than she was. After just 2 sessions she had some dramatic improvements and finds Keelin to be “magical”. Now she’s hiking, doing yoga, biking with her 13-year-old son and is living her life more fully.

Cherie Talks about how this was her “Hail Mary” of treatments and the Bonus she received from our holistic approach.

“I was convinced that I was going to live with it for the rest of my life and that I should be grateful I was alive.”

“I can do most everything I used to do, the pain is gone and I’ve also learned techniques to do myself if I notice things are starting to feel restricted again. That’s been a life changer for me.”

Relaxing atmosphere: “But it’s not like I’m in an office, it’s like I’m in her living room; as if I am visiting a friend, and we’re just having coffee.”

A PT herself, Amy raves about her time with Keelin and how much better her knee feels.

“Even if you’re having a blah day, she exudes so much positive energy it makes you feel better.”

“What I appreciate is every session you are one on one for the whole session versus other clinics, which is fabulous. Her attention is solely directed on you”

“If you were to see me walking around, you’d never know I have a detached ligament in my knee, I can go down stairs, work a full 8 hour day, walk the dog 2 miles, teach pilates, perform pilates with no adverse effects”

Julie- Straighter Posture, better at yoga.

“My posture was terrible, my head was leaning forward like my mother, which scares me to death.”

“She’s helped me gain more strength so I can do longer yoga sessions.”

“She is expert with what’s wrong with my body and how to fix it but she also listens really carefully to the emotional sides of things.”
