Having your paperwork ahead of time is very helpful and allows us to spend more time on treatment when you come to see us.

First Visit Information
We are located at 2919 17th Avenue, Suite 105 in Longmont, on the south side of building.
Initial appointments are 60 min long.
Please try to provide us with 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your appointment.
We do charge full cost of your session for cancellations less than 48 hours, with exception for sudden illness.
Women: Please bring or wear shorts and a camisole or sport bra if you are uncomfortable standing for a little while in bra and underwear.
Men can bring shorts and a t-shirt. We do a whole body thorough evaluation and like to be able to see your alignment and posture.
Also, please avoid wearing any body lotion that day.
Payment is required at the time of your visit, if you wish to submit a bill to your insurance for out of network reimbursement, please let us know and we will provide that for you.
We accept credit cards, HSA cards, checks and cash if you have exact change.
