Frequency and Brainwave Selections

When you arrive for your Sound Lounge session, you’ll choose from the inHarmony frequencies on the left of the menu. For the Cocoon Experience, you’ll  choose a brainwave to coincide with your frequency. If you’re having trouble deciding, our staff is happy to help recommend the best fit for your needs.
