Aligned Strength For Women
Aligned Strength for Women is a purposeful strength training program designed specifically for women who want to build muscle, boost metabolism, protect bone health, and feel empowered in their bodies. Led by Stefanie Carotenuto, our amazing certified fitness pro who makes workouts both motivating and fun, this program emphasizes proper form and safety while helping you develop strength and definition without the risk of burnout. Each session focuses on intentional movement patterns that not only build physical strength but also promote long-term wellness, ensuring you're training in a way that supports your body's unique needs.
Series: 6 Wednesdays from Oct 15 - Nov 19 $180 for the series of 6 classes. No make-ups for missed classes. Spots are limited, don't miss out!

Yin Yoga with Mina
Yin Yoga is a slow and gentle form of yoga designed to relieve tension, enhance breathwork, calm the nervous system and increase mindfulness. It's a primarily passive practice, the poses are supported with props and held for longer periods of time (2-5 minutes).
Join our community for some magic and go home feeling more open, relaxed, and aligned.
