Aligned Strength For Women
Aligned Strength for Women is a purposeful strength training program designed specifically for women who want to build muscle, boost metabolism, protect bone health, and feel empowered in their bodies. Led by Stefanie Carotenuto, our amazing certified fitness pro who makes workouts both motivating and fun, this program emphasizes proper form and safety while helping you develop strength and definition without the risk of burnout. Each session focuses on intentional movement patterns that not only build physical strength but also promote long-term wellness, ensuring you're training in a way that supports your body's unique needs.

Join us for a 4-week Yin Yoga series led by the wonderful Dr. Mina, pelvic physical therapist and devoted guide for all things nervous system and body connection.
Each slow, intentional session is designed to help you drop out of the chaos of daily life and into deep rest, calming your nervous system, releasing held tension, and giving your body the rejuvenation it's been quietly asking for.
With roots in traditional Yin practice and Dr. Mina's unique expertise in pelvic health and somatic awareness, this series offers something truly special.
This is a small, intimate gathering, a little pocket of community where you can breathe, soften, and simply be.
