How We Treat
We're Here to Help – All of You
Our Approach
Living with pain or discomfort isn't fun.
Whether it's a nagging injury, pelvic issues, or digestive troubles, we get it – you just want to feel better.
That's where our holistic approach comes in.
We don't just treat symptoms; we look at the whole of you.
Your body, your emotions, your lifestyle, your goals – they're all connected.
Together, we'll work on balancing your overall well-being
And if you're looking to boost your fitness? We've got you covered there too, with programs that fit your life.
Let's get you back to feeling like your whole self again through the 4 phases of healing.
1. Reveal
The first stage of healing uncovers the driver behind the pain, dysfunction or imbalances. The thorough evaluation process reveals the contributing factors to why your symptoms are there.
2. Release
Understanding the root cause of your symptoms is the crucial piece of the healing journey. Release allows the unfolding of old fascial and nervous system patterns that keep us stuck in chronic pain and dysfunction. In this phase you’ll start feeling better as symptoms begin to improve.

3. Restore
During the restoration phase, we are taken down the path of unlearning old compensatory patterns and creating new, healthier ways of moving and being while keeping symptoms at bay.
4. Reclaim
In this final phase you’ll reclaim your body from the grips of pain/dysfunction. You’ll move the way you like to move, free from worry about symptom recurrence. We’ll equip you with tools to maintain your health and confidently adapt to life's changing physical demands and stressors.
Heather
“I'd say she's an intuitive healer. It's like a dance between science and intuition that my body really responds to.
Because of that my healing journey has been complete and full."
Cherie
"I was convinced that I was going to live with it for the rest of my life and that I should be grateful I was alive. This therapy has been a life changer for me."
Julie
"They are experts with what’s wrong with my body and how to fix it but they also listen really carefully to the emotional sides of things, that's invaluable.”

The Sound Lounge
Many of our patients come to us with high levels of stress and have a hard time letting go of their busy minds.
The Sound Lounge, vibroacoustic table has been instrumental in helping our patients relax, unwind, and deepen the mind/body/spirit connection.
We highly recommend having a session before treatment to prime your nervous system and be more present during therapy.
Post-treatment sessions are also great for boosting the effects of treatment.
