Who We Are
Align PT is a family-owned, cash-based practice in Longmont, CO, nationally and internationally recognized for our whole-body, hands-on approach to pelvic and digestive health. We treat pelvic health across the lifespan, from preconception through postpartum and beyond, and specialize in complex conditions such as endometriosis and adhesion-related disorders, as well as complex pelvic and digestive issues more broadly. Patients travel from across the country and around the world to work with our team. We treat the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
We're also a genuinely close-knit team. We like each other, we support one another, and we believe quality of life matters as much as clinical excellence. We have fun together, too: a yearly holiday gathering, team picnics, lunches, and community events at the clinic like educational movie screenings that bring patients and staff together outside the treatment room.

Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Full time 32-35 hours per week
$80,000 - 105,000 per year + Benefits
Why Pelvic PTs Choose Align
Align PT was built on a simple idea: patients heal better, and therapists do their best work, when there's real time and space to connect, in an environment that feels calming rather than clinical. We've been practicing that way since 2012.
What Makes This Role Different
-
Real sessions, real time. Because we're cash-based, you're not boxed in by insurance timelines: one-hour, one-on-one sessions are the norm, not the exception.
-
Direct mentorship from a 25-year veteran. Our founder is transitioning from full-time treatment into teaching, and you'll train directly under her as she builds the next generation of pelvic therapists.
-
A true specialty niche. Deep experience in endometriosis, adhesion-related conditions, and complex pelvic pain: the kind of caseload that builds a genuinely rare clinical skill set.
-
Minimal documentation, maximum patient time. Less charting, more actual clinical thinking and treatment.
-
A perk you won't find anywhere else. Unwind in our vibroacoustic sound lounge whenever it's free between patients.
-
Room to grow. As we expand, there's real opportunity to move into leadership within the practice.
-
Full-time stability with flexibility. Choose 32 or 35 hours/week.
About You
You fit one of these three paths:
1. Experienced Pelvic Health PT: 2+ years of pelvic floor therapy experience.
2. Newer Graduate: Completed a strong foundational pelvic health course, with meaningful hands-on pelvic or manual therapy experience from clinical rotations.
3. Experienced Manual Therapist: Advanced training in visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, neural manipulation, dry needling, or similar. Not yet formally trained in pelvic health, but motivated to specialize.
Beyond credentials, you're someone who:
-
Brings strong manual therapy skills or intuitive, teachable hands
-
Connects easily with patients and values the therapeutic relationship
-
Is compassionate and trauma-informed
-
Wants deep mentorship, not just a paycheck
-
Is passionate about pelvic and women's health
-
Thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented team
Compensation & Benefits
$80,000–$105,000/year, based on experience, skillset, and hours (32 or 35/week). Placement within the range reflects your pelvic health experience, clinical maturity, and readiness to take on our caseload, not just years on paper.

Health, dental, and vision insurance
-
Paid time off
-
7 paid holidays
-
$1,500 annual continuing education benefit

Patient Experience
Coordinator
$21-25/ hour full time with benefits
Why This Role Matters
At Align PT, you're often the first voice a new patient hears, and for many of them, it's the first time someone has actually listened. Our patients come to us after being rushed through appointments, dismissed, or told their pain is "just in their head." The way you greet them, talk with them, and help them take that first step matters just as much as the clinical care they'll receive once they're through the door.
This isn't a role where you sit quietly answering phones. You're a key part of how patients experience our practice, from their very first call to every visit after.
What You'll Do
-
Answer calls and guide prospective patients toward scheduling their evaluation
-
Confidently communicate the value of our care to patients: since we're a cash-based practice and don't take insurance, you'll help patients understand why that investment is worth it
-
Greet patients and manage the day-to-day flow of the schedule
-
Collect payments and handle related administrative tasks
-
Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly while juggling multiple things at once
-
Keep call logs and active patient logs updated in our existing spreadsheets, so the team stays on top of follow-ups and scheduling
-
Talk comfortably and compassionately with patients about sensitive topics: pelvic pain, digestive issues, and the frustration of having been dismissed elsewhere
-
Support the clinical team by keeping communication clear between patients and providers
-
Help keep our space feeling as calming and welcoming as it looks: light daily tidying, a few dishes, taking out trash, and managing our linen service (setting out for pickup and putting fresh linens away)
About You
-
Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely good on the phone
-
Organized and able to multitask without losing your composure
-
Comfortable discussing sensitive health topics with compassion, not awkwardness
-
Some awareness of or interest in women's health, pelvic health, or holistic care; prior experience in this space is a plus, but not required
-
Coachable and eager to learn: we'll teach you the clinical language and context you need
-
Customer service or sales experience is a real asset here: this role involves converting calls into booked evaluations, and you'll need to be comfortable guiding people toward a decision
-
Comfortable with EMR systems and general computer use, or quick to pick it up
Compensation & Benefits
$21-25/hour, based on experience.
-
Health, dental, and vision insurance
-
Paid time off
-
7 paid holidays
