You have questions, we have answers!

Q: Your studio looks unique, what’s the best way to get started with you?
A: We have lots of different options for you to take advantage of of our studio, here are the top 3:
1. If you have something specific that you want us to help you with, we are happy to set up a 15- 20 minute chat to discuss your situation. Call or email us and we’ll schedule a time, FOR FREE in person even. This is a good option if you just aren’t sure whether classes, personal training or physical therapy are the best places for you to start or which classes are the best fit for your specific needs. We’ll help you sort it out.
2. If you just want to sample some classes to get a feel for the way things roll, purchase an Intro Pack of 3 Classes for $29. Schedule them within 2 weeks and experience them for yourself.
3. Sign up for our 5 WEEK SIGNATURE PROGRAM: FULLY ALIGNED.
This is the ultimate experience, you’ll learn all about your body, how to keep yourself healthy and on track with your fitness goals. Plus you get one month of UNLIMITED CLASSES so that you can integrate the knowledge you learned.

Q: Do you have classes for beginners?
A: Yes! We highly recommend signing up for FULLY ALIGNED (see above). Many of our classes are appropriate for any level we recommend calling or emailing to get our specific recommendations for your situation.
Some suggestions are: Supple, Restore, Shift, Calm and Attune.

Q. Do I need to pre-register for class?
A. We prefer you pre-register for class here or through the MINDBODY app to guarantee your spot and help us plan for class. We also know registering in advance helps you stay on track. If you have trouble pre-registering, give us a call at 720-204-6546 or come at least 10 minutes early so we can get you set up and checked in. We don’t want pre-registration to become a burden.
Most of all, we just want you to come to class!

Q. I’m (not flexible, out of shape, overweight, have a past injury, etc.). Can I do yoga or fitness classes?
A. Yes, there are no pre-requisites to any of our classes. Our instructors will do our very best to meet you where you are and help you feel successful in class. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us. We can recommend what classes may work best for you.

Q. What should I wear?
A. Wear comfortable clothing with some stretch to it. Because you’ll be inverted in certain poses, fitted clothing often works best. No shoes or socks necessary for yoga, but for the strength classes we do recommend indoor sneakers. Please avoid applying fragrances or smoking right before class. The scents may be distracting and affect others who have allergies.

Q. What should I bring?
A. We recommend bringing a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one. But don’t worry if you don’t have a mat. You can borrow one from us — just clean it after use with the mat cleaner provided. If you are taking a more vigorous class, you may wish to bring a towel.

Q. Do I need a membership to take regular classes?
A. No. When you are ready to start taking classes  with us, you can absolutely purchase on a drop in basis or a pack of 10, however we want you to recognize that Membership is the best deal all around. After all we want you to have a better opportunity to reach your health and fitness goals, so we offer steeper discounts on monthly memberships as an incentive and a way to keep you on track.  You get better deals with longer commitments. Our studio is more intimate, so we like to create a sense of community here; get to know you and what your needs are, it’s that simple.

There are other perks to membership. Check out our Founding Members Page for more details.

Q. Is it OK if I come to class late or leave early?
A. We understand life happens. If you arrive late, please join class quietly. On a regular basis, we hope you’ll mindfully arrive early enough to get checked in, remove your shoes and coat, turn off your phone and set up. We do not always have a receptionist and do not have a lobby. If the class is restorative or meditative in nature we may lock the door once class starts to avoid interruptions or disrupt the relaxing vibe.

We prefer you stay for the entire class — the relaxation portion (savasana) at the end of each yoga class is an important part of class. But if you need to leave early, please let your instructor know before class starts and leave before savasana starts. That will help your classmates have a more comfortable experience.

Q. What if I can’t make it to a class that I signed up for?
A. We would like to have as much notice as possible, preferably 4 -8 hours notice. You can log on to Mindbody and cancel or call us and let us know. If you sign up for classes and don’t show up, we may have to charge you or dock your class card/membership. Once our classes get filled it’s hard to open the slot for someone else if we don’t have enough notice. Our classes are small, so we have limited slots. Of course we’ll let it slide the first time, but we don’t want it to become a regular practice of taking up slots and not showing up.

Q. Is your studio for women only?
A. Absolutely not! Even though some of our programs are geared toward women, we love having men join us for classes as well. Yoga and fitness are for everyone.
